John Scherer graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Building Construction and received his J.D. from Shepard Broad Law Center, Nova Southeastern University.
James D. Silver joined Conrad Scherer in 2007 from Carlton Fields, P.A., where he headed the firm’s Miami bankruptcy practice.
Maxine K. Streeter is a trial lawyer practicing in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office, where she tries complex cases primarily dealing with commercial and construction law issues.
Mr. Kopas' primary areas of practice are Commercial Litigation, Telecommunications Litigation and Intellectual Property Litigation. In his Intellectual Property practice, Mr. Kopas has served as trial attorney in complex trademark infringement, false advertising and copyright infringement cases.

Gary Englander’s practice focuses on civil litigation, with an emphasis on commercial matters. He obtained his Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University and his B.A. from the University of Central Florida
Nicole Saqui’s practice focuses on civil litigation, with an emphasis on commercial and business matters. Having lived in South Florida for most of her life, Ms. Saqui obtained her Juris Doctorate, summa cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and her Bachelor of Arts from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL.
Mr. Kominsky practices civil litigation, focusing upon commercial litigation and general liability. A native of Florida, Mr. Kominsky was a recipient of the Miami Herald Silver Knight Award as well as a student honoree for the American Academy of Achievement.
