Pablo Leguisamo is an Ecuadorian attorney with experience in Constitutional and Parliamentarian Law. He is the author of the Ecuadorian Consumer Law and co-author of the Law for the Economic Transformation of Ecuador (Also known as TROLE 1 which instituted the American Dollar as the Ecuadorian Currency) and the Special Law for the Galapagos National Park which established a special regime of environmental protection for the islands.  He also authored more than 50 Ecuadorian Laws. Mr. Leguisamo has served as Legal Counsel on Foreign Affairs for the Ecuadorian National Congress and former Secretary of the Ecuadorian Congress Accountability and Political Control Committee.

Mr. Leguisamo also has worked as general practitioner and corporate attorney.
