David Di Pietro is an experienced litigator that began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney with the Broward County State Attorney’s Office. As an Assistant State Attorney, Mr. Di Pietro tried well over 50 jury trials ranging from Attempted Murder on a Law Enforcement Officer to Trafficking in Illegal Narcotics. During law school, Mr. Di Pietro served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Charles M. Greene of the 17th Judicial Circuit (Fort Lauderdale). Mr. Di Pietro is now focusing his practice on civil litigation with an emphasis on personal injury and commercial matters.
