Partner Gary Genovese is an accomplished, nationally-known trial lawyer, having taken over 150 jury trials to verdict in the areas of complex and catastrophic personal injury, particularly those involving injuries due to medical error. Representing clients in matters involving serious harm due to medical malpractice, products liability, premises liability, and other areas of catastrophic personal injury, Mr. Genovese has had his efforts featured in a variety of media publications, including USA Today, the New York Times, and the Wall Street Journal.

Gary Genovese has been repeatedly recognized as a “ Florida Super Lawyer ” (2006, 2007) and as one of Florida’s “Legal Elite” by Florida Trend magazine (2005–2007), and he is listed among the state’s top attorneys in the Florida Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. Mr. Genovese is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (2002-present), as well as being a member of the American Association for Justice (f/k/a the Association of Trial Lawyers of America); the Florida Medical Malpractice Claims Council; and the Defense Research Institute.
