Eric Rayman is a litigator whose practice emphasizes commercial litigation and family law. Mr. Rayman’s experience includes a focus on complex corporate, finance, and real estate disputes, as well a wide range of family law. Mr. Rayman has successfully litigated matters through trial and/or negotiated settlement, including dissolutions of marriage, child custody and time sharing, relocation, post-judgment modifications and domestic violence. Prior to joining Conrad & Scherer, Mr. Rayman was associated with the Florida law firm of Ruden McClosky.
As a trial lawyer, Mr. Rayman has obtained favorable rulings for his client through pre-trial efforts including summary judgment, motions to dismiss, and permanent injunctions, as well as successfully negotiating multi-party settlement agreements and alternative dispute resolutions through mediation, in addition to taking matters to full trial.
Prior to his entry into private practice, Eric Rayman served as law clerk to Chief Justice R. Fred Lewis of the Florida Supreme Court, as well as clerking for Judges’ Damoorgian, Gardiner, Greenhawt, and Speiser at the Broward County Circuit Court. He has also served as a certified legal intern at the Broward County Public Defender’s Office.
As a business professional prior to achieving his law license, Mr. Rayman served as director of operations for Southern Granulations, L.L.C., for several years where he successfully launched and merged a pharma/nutraceutical manufacturing company generating over $1.7 million in gross revenue and boosted investment capital return by 60% over 18 month projections.
Eric Rayman serves as co-chair of the At-Risk Juvenile Outreach, and is a member of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, the Stephen R. Booher American Inn of Court, and the Broward County Trial Lawyers Association.
