John P. Noyes is a Litigation, Trial and Appellate Attorney with over 22 years of legal experience, including three years of in-house experience with a Fortune 150 company. He is a proven leader, who has supervised numerous outside counsel and firms effectively, while maintaining a high degree of collegiality.

John also assisted in evaluating product literature, product warnings and product safety issues. In addition, he oversaw the company's response to governmental enforcement actions and investigations by OSHA, the Federal Aviation Administration, CPSC (including product recalls) and others.

He has an AV rating in the Martindale-Hubbell Directory and is experienced in Product Liability, Commercial Litigation, Wrongful Death, Premises Liability, Telecommunications, Discrimination, Maritime and Admiralty, and Aviation Law.
