Professional Experience

Ms. Jarjura is a Partner in the Governmental Relations and Litigation practices of Conrad & Scherer, LLP. Her government relations practice encompasses procurement, the negotiation of government contracts, land development, and public policy.  Her litigation practice emphasizes commercial litigation with a focus on complex corporate, procurement, land use and real estate disputes.

Ms. Jarjura has experience working with developers of large-scale residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use projects, including shopping centers, office buildings, planned unit developments, hotels and marinas. From property assemblage to site plan approval to the most complex growth management issues affecting real estate development, Ms. Jarjura helps clients obtain the necessary approvals in order to accomplish the desired development.

Ms. Jarjura advises clients throughout the government procurement process. She assists clients in drafting their responses to Requests for Letters of Interest, Requests for Proposal, Invitations to Bid, and Requests for Qualifications. Ms. Jarjura also lobbies the appropriate entities and, in some cases, defends or files bid protests.

In the public policy arena, Ms. Jarjura counsels clients who are impacted by government policies and regulation.  She assists clients with reaching a solution to a dispute with local government without litigation.  If a political solution cannot be reached, Ms. Jarjura ensures that an appropriate resolution is available for her clients through judicial relief.  Ms. Jarjura also advises her clients on community outreach and interactions with public officials and government staff.  She helps clients deliver their message to government decision-makers and all stake-holders to efficiently achieve their objectives — in development or in procurement of contracts.
