Ronald A. Fitzgerald is a Partner in the firm of Conrad & Scherer. His practice areas include Admiralty, Healthcare Law, Medical Malpractice, Insurance, Insurance Defense and Product Liability.

Mr. Fitzgerald is a graduate of the University of Miami (L.A., 1955) as well as Tulane University of Louisiana (J.D., 1970, replaced, L.L.B., conferred, 1958). He has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1958; a member of the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida including Trial Bar since 1959, and of the U.S. Supreme Court since 1971.
